Clean & sanitize all surfaces including
countertops and tables
Clean & sanitize all appliances (toaster, microwave, range, oven, phone, coffee maker, blender, etc) Note: please clean under toaster and empty crumbs (Does not include cleaning behind, on-top, or underneath appliances)
Sweep, vacuum, mop floors
Remove all food from refrigerator and pantry (please view appointment notes to see if any items stay)
Place a new paper towel roll and trash bag in trash can.

Living Room/Common areas

• Remove all trash

• Sweep, vacuum and mop all floors

• Dust all furniture and decor

Bedrooms

• Change linens

• Sweep, vacuum and mop

• Dust all furniture

• Dispose of trash

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect sinks, tubs and toilets

• Refresh towels, hand towels and washcloths

• Clean and disinfect floors

• Refresh tissues, toilet paper and toiletries

• Clean mirrors

ALL TRASH WILL BE TAKEN AWAY AND DISPOSED AT LANDFILL .

DOOR KNOBS AND HIGH TOUCHED AREAS WILL ALSO BE WIPE WITH DISINFECTED CLEANER.

ALL PRODUCTS USED WILL BE ECO FRIENDLY EXCEPT DILUTED BLEACH WILL BE USED IN BATHROOMS FOR DISINFECTING PURPOSES

I also offer grass mowing and weed eating for additional fee that is based on size of yard.
